Elegant Christmas Holiday Season's Greeting Design Card

I totally agree it sounds cliched. But the year really has flown by. How weeks turned into months and a complete year, I've no clue. All of us are a year older and a year wiser. Did all of us stick to our resolutions? I tried and will say did a good job of doing yoga for atleast 15 minutes a day as regularly as I could!

In the last week of 2012 I finally have some free time to reflect upon the year that is slowly slipping by. It left a lot to be desired. It leaves with the hope of an upcoming new year that God willing will be filled with a lot of happiness and things that will change my life.

They are right when they say "Cease the moment". This moment will not come back. Don't wait for this event of that. It might not come. This moment is all you have to make it large.  You will never be this old again. You might never have another chance to indulge in this craziness, this madness. This is the time to do what you love to do with all the strength and passion you can muster. Don't let your golden years just slip away! So said my heart! But it also knows not all things are always possible. Oh dear. I sound so preachy sometimes, don't I? And invariable, the sometimes is always "All the time".

The festive season is ever so infectious! Each day of my vacation is so blissful. Tiny joys which otherwise are taken for granted. That extra hour of sleep in the morning or the power nap after lunch. The warmth of the blanket and loving family and friends. The abundance of good food. Abundance of God's grace which empowers me and my family to get ourselves all the things we really need (and a few we don't). The quiet "me time". No din of work or it's stress, or deadlines, or people's anger. All is quiet and peaceful. And I love it this way. But the value of all this is best understood when the other extreme has also been experienced. Work consuming all your waking hours and re-appearing in your dreams. Sleep creeping in when you are supposed to be at your productive best (and no cups of tea don't help!)

I wish each of you a splendid 2013. May God grant you all the good things your heart desires. I wish you good health, peace and everlasting happiness!

See you on the other side :-)
