A gradual realization. Not that it would be of earth shattering importance to each of you, but the apparent scarcity of blog ideas makes me do this. So here it is, straight from the mare's mouth!

WHAT WOULD IT BE LIKE...
To actually meet everyone you regularly interact with on blogger. We've all known each other for quite sometime through all the highs and most of the lows. Through simple posts about what's going on, we've all kept in touch building a family God didn't give us. Distances and ethnicities have proven to be no barriers at all. There couldn't be a better platform to bring together people who actually connect with each other and very deeply at that. It's very evident when one of us goes missing for even a day or a week for whatever reasons. The best way you can be with each other and for each other!
Would it be any different if we were to actually speak to each other in person? Would appearances and mannerisms get in the way of good first impressions? I chuckle at the thought. I can sit here with oil in my hair, looking haggard and woebegone (due to the laziness that dawns upon me on holidays, preventing me from moving muscles and doing something about looking good), and can still get away with it :-) Of course I'd look for places to hide if I were to be called to say hello to any of you :-) (No I am not ugly, just shy :-) )
Like you can see, no substance at all. Just struck me when Bernie said that she wished she could sit with me and chat with me over a cup of coffee. Coffee!! My first love (Happy sigh) Anyone else interested in having coffee with me? I'd be more than happy to oblige :-)

ONE MOMENT OR GRADUALLY
Just another thought, but a deeply felt one. If you ask from the core of the heart, and it is for your good, life does give it to you. Without fail. It might take time, and at times it might take so long, that you might even forget that you asked. But suddenly everything that you had longed for, might come rushing into your life, and you might not even notice. Not until you zoom out. All that it takes is one moment or a gradual change of situations to turn around everything and steer your life towards limitless bliss and peace. I am reminded of "According to your faith, it is done unto you".
Life might take away a lot from you. But it also gives you back in kind. Not like I have tremendous experience to back this thought. But so far there has been nothing that has caused me to disbelieve this. There is always a balm for all the wounds and an answers to every prayer. Something that tells you that even though life gave you the worst of trials and tribulations, there was always a solution and a source of strength to hold onto. And someone up there only wanted your good and was constantly watching over you.
I know I must have written about this a zillion times, and probably this is all that I write here, but this is all that I feel like writing about at the moment. Full of gratitude and very thankful for all the blessings.
NOTE TO THE ONE ABOVE: Pssssssst! Please don't take it away and let this stay for all my life :-)
